Bylaws

Established March 15, 2023

The BRNA shall promote the social welfare of the community by encouraging
community involvement and providing a means for the neighborhood to address
its needs, including safety, schools, traffic, zoning, and recreation.

The BRNA shall serve as a vehicle for communication through meetings and
events, as well as through online and printed media, (e.g. BRNA website, email,
NextDoor, newsletters, and flyers).

  • Membership Qualifications: Membership is open to all residents and owners of property located within the following physical boundaries: Tennant Ave/Gravina Loop to the north, Metcalf Road to the south, Highway 101/Basking Ridge Avenue to the west, and pastures to the east.

  • No person is required to pay dues for membership. However donations are welcome to help support community activities.

  • General meetings are to be held at least two (2) to four (4) times a year.

  • Follow the golden rule of respect, “Do to others as you have them do to you.”

  • Zero tolerance will be enforced for accusatory language, slander, blatant interruption, and offensive language, either during a meeting or written communications.

  • Members can speak once on any item on the meeting agenda.
