Bylaws
Established March 15, 2023
The BRNA shall promote the social welfare of the community by encouraging
community involvement and providing a means for the neighborhood to address
its needs, including safety, schools, traffic, zoning, and recreation.
The BRNA shall serve as a vehicle for communication through meetings and
events, as well as through online and printed media, (e.g. BRNA website, email,
NextDoor, newsletters, and flyers).

Membership Qualifications: Membership is open to all residents and owners of property located within the following physical boundaries: Tennant Ave/Gravina Loop to the north, Metcalf Road to the south, Highway 101/Basking Ridge Avenue to the west, and pastures to the east.

No person is required to pay dues for membership. However donations are welcome to help support community activities.

General meetings are to be held at least two (2) to four (4) times a year.

Follow the golden rule of respect, “Do to others as you have them do to you.”

Zero tolerance will be enforced for accusatory language, slander, blatant interruption, and offensive language, either during a meeting or written communications.

Members can speak once on any item on the meeting agenda.
